It is often observed that churches are only full of people at Mass, when many faithful arrive as if they will take a ticket at the entrance and go to see the show. Then at the end of Mass they leave without looking back until the next week. Sadly, the Church is full of many Catholics who do not have a commitment to living the Gospel in every way possible. When we participate in the life of our local church, we should seek to serve, catechize, and accompany others, not simply to be passive in the pew. Are you afraid to leave your comfort zone and be generous with others?
